Single Action schema reads can hit fixed collection routes when a service ID is search, categories or services. Use the existing read-only batch route, preserve exact endpoint UUIDs and all HTTP methods, and return 404 for missing/empty results without falling back to an alias.

Align the bundled consumer/provider skills, README and help with the released backend: typed Decisions and DYNAMIC billing, HTTP/2 contract preservation, non-EVM BlockPI/Aptos JSON and BCS, stable endpoint keys and working-revision publication. Explicitly document the remaining receipt/scaffold limitations.

Validation:

• bun install --frozen-lockfile, bun run typecheck, bun run build passed.
• bun run test: 1430 passed, 0 failed across 94 files with Node 24.5.0/Bun 1.3.14.
• npm pack --dry-run --ignore-scripts passed; updated skills are included and package version remains unchanged.
• Skill validation, JSON/shell/reference checks, backend Decisions/DYNAMIC example validation and independent local review passed.
• Node26's existing proxy fixture fails even on unmodified main because it only implements CONNECT; Node24 runs all 31 proxy modes without skips. No Node26 acceptance is claimed.

CLI publication remains paused. This PR does not change a version, tag, Release Please PR or npm publication. Runtime receipt linkage, HTTP/2 editor test calls and scaffold implementation are separate follow-ups.
