Release run 38865355987 could not parse the edited body of merged release PR #53, so it failed to recognize the pending 0.3.0 release and bootstrapped a duplicate candidate. The standard Release Please body wrapper on #53 has now been restored; recovery will retry the release job for the same 84bc44b commit and intended 0.3.0 version.
