The needs-triage and needs-revision labels start the workflows. They call the shared actions from microsoft/playwright; setup-triage-runner builds this repo and installs the browsers. The triage skill links to the shared guide and keeps only what is specific to this repo. The agent reads AGENTS.md for build and test.
