feat: organizer links and photos on /about - #11

Each organizer on /about now links to their own site (sleepnotfound.com, dorelljames.com, harlekoy.dev, siegb.dev) and shows a photo taken from it, re-encoded as a 384px square. Cyrus's site has no photo, so his GitHub avatar (drupi0) stands in. check-dist's literal scan now reads only source text; a JPEG's bytes had matched the hex-color pattern.

Adds each organizer's site and a photo to the Organizers section on /about.
Photos are re-encoded as 384px square JPEGs, which also strips metadata, in
apps/website/src/content/organizers.json→src/assets/organizers/.It also fixes check-dist: the literal scan read binary files, and a JPEG's bytes matched the hex-color pattern. It now scans only source text, with a test.
Tests: 21/21 website. Build and post-build checks pass.
