AGENTS.md is the shared instruction file for AI agents and people: the intent, plan, approval, implementation, review, merge workflow (merge deploys), commands, the rules the build enforces, and what never to do. CLAUDE.md imports it for Claude Code. The impeccable design skills used on this site are vendored unmodified in .claude/skills with their Apache-2.0 LICENSE and NOTICE; the superpowers plugin (MIT) is enabled through .claude/settings.json rather than copied, because its scripts resolve their own install path. SECURITY.md says how to report a vulnerability privately, what is in scope, and that only main is supported.
