Wheels previously omitted contract YAML/SQL/JSON resources and Studio assets, so catalog evaluation failed outside an editable checkout. This change maps the existing contracts directory into normal_forms.resources, packages the web templates/static files, resolves installed resources independently of the working directory, and declares core Pydantic and optional web dependencies explicitly.
Adds read-only, SHA-pinned GitHub Actions jobs for Python 3.10/3.14 on Linux/Windows and a separate sdist-to-wheel build/install job. The installed smoke check requires an isolated virtualenv, validates all 112 contracts, loads fixtures/SQL, serves assets, and checks all four API workbenches. README/import documentation now distinguishes lifecycle labels from executable evidence and whitespace token accounting from model tokenizer counts.
Depends on #18, now merged into main at
d59f890. This PR targets main. No deployment or package publication is included.Validation: corrected library commit
8833e4cpassed 232 local tests on both Python 3.12 and 3.14, including the three review regressions. Hosted CI passed all five jobs on stacked PR #19 at83300e4(which includes correctness commit8833e4c): Python 3.10/3.14 on Linux/Windows and isolated sdist-to-wheel installation. CI run. The refreshed stack is clean, and git diff --check passed.
