Bring the 0.9.2 version/build, README and release documentation, CI bootstrap fixes, Mac SwiftUI compile fix and Windows test-assembly metadata from main back to development.
Merged as 11a005e. Source main/tag commit: f3c5dea; previous development base: db6e125. The merged development tree is 4eb9e1856d7bb2bd057ee4f943e8e278a9f2af42, identical to main, v0.9.2, the release source and the successful full release CI checkout from PR #160. No additional product change is introduced here.
Both this PR's automatic contracts and affected-platform CI and the exact resulting development push CI passed all 7 jobs. The push checkout resolves to 11a005e.
RawLab v0.9.2 is published as the latest stable release. Actual Mac arm64/Rosetta and Windows standard-user 0.9.1 → 0.9.2 update acceptance, package provenance, remaining hardware/device limits and retained issues are recorded in PR #160.
