…task-routing AGENTS.md Move tool and skill definitions into src/registry/ (CapabilityDescriptor catalog with install steps, doctor checks, routing rows, rebuttals and micro-doc guides). Detect Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, React Native, web, Node, Rust, Go and Python projects in src/detect/. Presets only write a root package.json when Vitest is an active capability, so non-JS projects stay free of Node files. AGENTS.md gains a managed aginit block (guardrails, task routing, anti-rationalization) and docs/agents/ micro-docs. Configs written before v2 load unchanged; their capabilities are inferred.
…ctor - aginit [init|new] accept --platform, --methodology, --design, --testing, --ui-driver, --addons, --add-skill and --without; plain reruns reuse the saved config verbatim. -y/--yes initializes without prompts; bare aginit still opens the wizard (TTY) or prints help. - aginit list shows the registry by category with enabled markers. - aginit add/remove update aginit.config.json, install or remove skills through the Skills CLI, run upstream setups and refresh AGENTS.md and docs/agents/. Picking a methodology, design or UI driver swaps it. - e2e: npx e2e init at the root of Node projects, in .agents/e2e otherwise. - doctor reports one row per active capability from its registry entry. - THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES: credit every catalog entry, fix author names, flag context-mode's Elastic License 2.0.
…er project Mark the e2e skill as an optional install step so --no-skills does not disable the test engine, and let doctor skip optional skills whose source is not configured. The smoke test now initializes a Flutter project from the packed CLI with a real e2e init and asserts a Node-free root, the isolated .agents/e2e workspace and an idempotent rerun.

…tests Found by running aginit on its own repository: an existing suite under tests/ got an extra tests/aginit.test.js that its vitest include would not even run.
… karpathy-guidelines, humanizer, vitest) Ran `node ./bin/aginit.js --platform cli --design none --addons karpathy-guidelines` on the repository root. It installed the skills into .agents/skills/ (linked into .claude/skills/), wired Graft for Claude Code, added CLAUDE.md and the docs/agents/ micro-docs, and inserted the managed block into AGENTS.md. The hand-written capabilities list in AGENTS.md is removed; the routing table and docs/agents/workflows.md replace it.
