docs: refresh README with owner-supplied Rheon UI screenshots

The README now leads with the project owner's newer Rheon native 3D UI capture from the portfolio. The second image is explicitly labeled as the separate Rheon Surrogate Lab's sealed-box pressure experiment; its displayed timings are scoped to that captured experiment. Both older solver-lab PNGs and their obsolete captions are replaced.

The JPEGs are copied without cropping, resizing or recompression from the approved portfolio source: assets/rheon.jpg (2560×1571) and assets/Rheon_algo_to_AI.jpg (1551×1078). Their SHA256 hashes also match the files in published Pages commit b9bb6841a2250b3be4e006d00609e3f9418d90e9.

Validation: visually inspected the existing and replacement images; verified JPEG decoding, exact source-byte hashes, original aspect ratios, alt text, all 13 local README links, Pandoc GFM rendering with warnings treated as failures, and git diff --check. Only README.md and image assets change. PR43 book work, solver code, workflows and Pages deployment are untouched.

PR42 remains a draft with a pre-existing README.md conflict against main 2209012bc5f902693d0f695ec1c2d854126af317. The screenshot update is pushed; conflict resolution is separate work, and this PR has not been merged.

Repository cleanup: closing this README-placement proposal as superseded by merged #90 (bc2f472787060d9a69cb619ed2c2fea10fd754b6), which keeps the concise entrypoint and existing source-bound material-preview hero. This is not a claim that main contains these two JPEGs. Their useful carrier-pressure and historical external-lab views, exact commit 1589bbe82af8859f6b0b0863040a94622ed07983, and portfolio provenance remain preserved on docs/native-app-screenshots; this unmerged branch will not be deleted as merged. The separate lab image is historical, run-specific evidence, not current model or general hardware qualification.
