Missing, incomplete, unpinned, unsupported and invalid members retain distinct states. Historical inspection never loads a model or constructs a Session.

Validate actual disabled versus applied zero-viscosity stages, exact accepted interval starts and native-prefix/provider declarations. Reject constructor/header/source/run/budget mismatches and unsupported policy histories. Actual shortened intervals remain authoritative; future force/schedule declarations are custody information, not reconstructed RHS or authenticated physical execution. Integration disposition: exact head 96dd2c3bbef181e1fece8d6effb66b12607a2b6a is retained in main through reviewed lead PR113, merge c1916e5a32ed8e5170344a3fac7f5e7ca8976620. Its source/contracts and retained evidence were validated in that combined acceptance unit. Closing this standalone proposal as fully included; no separate leaf merge or history rewrite. The original head remains reachable from main; open dependent proposals are retained. Standalone historical admission epochs are not substituted for final union qualification.
