ci(ai-pressure): exercise accepted Session and transport consumers

The real-checkpoint workflow previously exercised the solver provider while leaving its accepted Session and transport consumers' model tests ignored in the ordinary suite. Include pressure_session_contract and provider_step_contract in the existing checkpoint job's Clippy and --include-ignored invocation, and trigger that job when either consumer changes.

Validation on this branch: the exact existing checkpoint (25533a2fbaa5ab0f5fb574dc6307a2b8d6a686deb7db867d0d03338d4d70d5a9) and stdlib export (902ad8d77b16ae42f22f90bf71c22c19ae2e3cbe0cc0f4cc3d770930d4049aea) passed all 17 provider/Session/transport contracts, with zero ignored. Scoped strict Clippy, workflow parsing and shell syntax passed. Independent source review approved this one-file change. The two added model tests took about 72 seconds together locally; the existing job timeout is unchanged.

This coverage proves those existing consumers' exercised acceptance/fallback/rollback behavior. It supplies no aa82 measured-bundle parity or broader physical/model-accuracy qualification.

Stacked on #99 initially; retarget to main after #99 passes its own integration gate. Retain draft status until this exact head's hosted checks pass.
