pharmsol 0.29.2 pins its sibling crates exactly, so 0.29.0 can no longer pair with a mismatched pharmsol-dsl.
Bumps pmcore to 0.28.1 as well: release-plz cannot rebuild the published 0.28.0 baseline (its
pharmsol = "=0.29.0"pin resolves a pharmsol-dsl that does not compile against 0.29.0), so this release is published manually. 0.28.1 gives the next semver check a buildable baseline.
