Docs: add the segments, webhook and fix entries of the October release - #44

The October changelog stopped at the fixes of mid-month. It now lists what the release of 26 October added: segments and campaign audiences with segments and exclusions, the contact, campaign unsubscribe and complaint, and suppression webhook events with the origins filter, and the quote-mark warning of CSV imports; the changes of segment unsubscribes, day-first contact dates, the Simple Editor HTML block and logout; and the fixes since 17 October.
