…egments and exclusions Segments are live, but the docs had no page for the segment endpoints, no dashboard guide, and the campaign pages still said a campaign sends only to lists. This adds the Segments API group and a Campaign Builder guide, and folds segments, exclusions and the per-source recipient fields into the campaign, list, contact and scope pages.

Adds the Segments API reference (overview + 8 operation pages) and a Campaign Builder guide for segments. Campaign, list, contact and scope pages now cover segment audiences, exclusions and the per-source recipient fields.
