A minimal /pricing page for the hosted free-tier split. /pricing returns 404 today. It is also the trial's limit-error destination: when an anonymous hosted workspace uses up its 100 messages, plan_limit_exceeded carries upgrade_url: https://agentrelay.com/pricing. That makes this PR a prerequisite for turning the trial on.

The copy follows Khaliq's decisions of 2026-10-26:
No hard monthly message cap is promised. Free and Pro say "up to", and the page states that monthly message figures are sizing guidance, not hard caps. API-call and per-minute request limits are enforced.
The 100-message anonymous trial is the gate. The trial section (#trial) explains that signing in is free and continues past the trial: run agent-relay login or sign in at /login. It also says signing in gives a new account-bound workspace (there is no claim flow), so agents should be connected to it.
No paid prices. Pro and Enterprise say "Contact us", and a test fails if any $ amount appears on the page. The data lives in web/lib/pricing.ts; its limits mirror PLAN_LIMITS in @relaycast/engine.
The page explains plan_limit_exceeded (scoped to the trial and monthly plan quotas), upgrade_url and upgrade_action: sign_in, and /pricing is added to the sitemap. It reuses legal.module.css, so there is no new styling.
Conflict: PR #242 also adds web/app/pricing/page.tsx, so whichever merges second needs a rebase.
Ship this page first. It must be live before the trial switch is set, because the trial's error links here.
Then the gateway sets AnonymousTrialStartsAt to a future UTC instant, dev first, then production (relaycast-cloud#280). Existing anonymous workspaces are grandfathered.
Verification (Node 22, fresh worktree off origin/main)
npx vitest run in web: all passing (52 files), including lib/test/pricing-page.test.tsx. That test checks: self-hosted unlimited; the trial as the hard gate; the sign-in-continues copy and link; "up to" with no unqualified monthly cap; no dollar prices; the error explanation; the sitemap entry.
npx tsc --noEmit in web: clean.
next build: /pricing prerendered static (○). The command then exits 1 on Next's existing SecurityFatalError "affected by a known security vulnerability" check, which is unrelated to this change.
States local and self-hosted as free and unlimited, the hosted anonymous
trial (100 messages, one time), signed-in Free (10,000 messages a month),
and Pro/Enterprise with "Contact us" until paid prices are confirmed. Links
sign-in at /login, explains the plan_limit_exceeded error and its
upgrade_url, and adds /pricing to the sitemap.

Adds a pricing page populated from a new plan catalog. The page describes plan limits, trial terms, sign-in, and paid-plan contact options. The sitemap includes the new route, and tests assert the displayed details and sitemap entry.

Summary
Define pricing plans web/lib/pricing.ts
Adds the RelayPlan interface, five plan entries, and the /login sign-in path. The documentation distinguishes monthly message guidance from enforced API-call and rate limits.
Render and publish pricing details web/app/pricing/page.tsx, web/app/sitemap.ts, web/lib/test/pricing-page.test.tsx
Adds the pricing page and its sitemap entry. Tests assert plan descriptions, trial and sign-in details, paid-plan prices, limit-error fields, and sitemap inclusion.
This adds a static pricing page. A few statements about limits and sign-in could mislead visitors, but they are copy fixes with no runtime impact. Tighten the self-hosted limits row, scope the limit-error explanation to plan quotas, and confirm what happens to the trial workspace after sign-in before merging.

Comment @coderabbitai help to get the list of available commands.
Free and Pro now read "up to" 10,000 / 1,000,000 messages a month and the page
says monthly message figures are not hard caps, while API-call and rate limits
are enforced. The 100-message hosted trial is marked as the hard limit, and the
trial section (anchor #trial) explains that signing in, free, with
`agent-relay login` continues past it; the trial's limit error links here.

Review comments at @web/app/pricing/page.tsx:
- Around line 93-97: Update the sign-in copy in the pricing page to clarify that
signing in creates a new Cloud-bound workspace, not a continuation of the
anonymous trial workspace, and that agents must be switched to the new
workspace. Do not imply users can keep sending from the trial workspace unless a
claim flow is provided.
- Around line 104-106: Update the “When you reach a limit” explanation in the
pricing page to clarify that its `plan_limit_exceeded` and upgrade guidance
applies only to trial and monthly plan quotas, not the separately listed
per-minute request limits. Do not add per-minute error or retry-window details.
Review comments at @web/lib/pricing.ts:
- Line 27: Update the self-hosted pricing row’s limits text to distinguish
unlimited agents and monthly API calls from the enforced limit of 30,000
requests per minute; keep the wording concise and accurate.

Address review feedback: signing in gives a new account-bound workspace (there
is no claim flow), so the trial section tells users to connect their agents to
it. The limit-error section covers only the trial and monthly plan quotas, and
self-hosted states its 30,000-requests-a-minute ceiling instead of "No limits".
