Continue with Microsoft on the sign-in page - #241
agentrelay.com/login offers Continue with Google and Continue with Microsoft.
ProviderSignInButton renders either provider with its icon, label and the same double-click guard and bfcache reset.
signInHref(provider, { next, invite }) links to Cloud's /api/auth/<provider>/start, carrying the destination and invite token.
authError=microsoft has its own message; unverified_email is worded provider-neutrally.
Dependency
Merge after AgentWorkforce/cloud#5478 is deployed with the Microsoft secrets set. Until then /cloud/api/auth/microsoft/start does not exist in production.
Verification
npx vitest run lib/test/login.test.tsx (web): 7 passed.
npx tsc --noEmit -p web: 0 errors.
Rendered /login?authError=microsoft locally: error banner, then the Google and Microsoft buttons stacked with 12px spacing.
The sign-in page offers Google and Microsoft through one
ProviderSignInButton; each links to Cloud's /api/auth/<provider>/start
with the destination and invite token.

Unverified: All supplied screenshots clearly show “You’ve been invited to a workspace. Sign in to accept.” The expected invitation notice is present, contradicting the reported failure.
Expected “The page shows "You've been invited to a workspace".”
What happened: application_failure: The app did not show the workspace invitation notice after Verify opened the public login link.
What happened: application_failure: The Dev sign-in page sent Verify to an app 404 instead of Google sign-in, so it could not reach the Cloud dashboard.
What happened: unavailable_prerequisite: Verify could not reach the Sessions page because Google required account-holder approval at its device prompt.
The login page now offers Google and Microsoft sign-in buttons. Both links preserve the existing destination and invite values. Shared provider button styling, a Microsoft icon, and Microsoft-specific sign-in error messaging are included.

Microsoft sign-in may fail if the website deploys before its Cloud dependency. Gate the option or coordinate deployment before merging; also prevent rapid clicks from starting competing sign-in attempts.

Share the in-flight guard between provider buttons.
Each ProviderSignInButton has its own pending state. If a user activates Google and then Microsoft before navigation completes, the Microsoft button still accepts the second click. Two authentication navigations can start. Use one in-flight guard for both links, and reset that guard on bfcache return.

Gate Microsoft sign-in on the Cloud route deployment.
LoginPage renders the Microsoft button unconditionally, and signInHref targets /cloud/api/auth/microsoft/start. The web workflow deploys main independently of AgentWorkforce/cloud#5478; the router workflow only waits for the web deployment. If the web deploy precedes the Cloud route and secrets, Microsoft sign-in attempts can reach an unavailable route. Add a cross-repository deployment gate or hide the button until the route is deployed.
