What this is

/pricing is the public plans page for agent relay. It lists three tiers in the site's glass aesthetic (brand tokens, so it renders in both light and dark themes) and is responsive at phone width:

Intro Pro (highlighted) Enterprise
Devices / agents / humans 5 / 15 / 2 15 / 60 / 10 Unlimited
Session history 7 days 14 days 1 year
Price $99 $49/mo $199 $99/mo Custom, "Talk to us"
  • Beta pricing (struck-through list price, beta price, and the "Beta pricing — locked in for as long as you keep your subscription." note) is controlled by the single constant BETA_PRICING_ACTIVE in web/lib/pricing.ts. Setting it to false shows list prices only.
  • Intro and Pro CTAs are googleSignInHref({ next: '/onboarding/plan?plan=intro' | 'pro' }), i.e. /cloud/api/auth/google/start?next=%2Fonboarding%2Fplan%3Fplan%3Dintro. Enterprise links to https://agentrelay.com/will.
  • FAQ covers what a device is, what happens at a limit, changing plans, and existing customers ("Existing customers keep their current access").
  • Page metadata: title, description, canonical, OG/Twitter cards.

Also in this PR:

  • "Pricing" link in SiteNav (desktop list and mobile menu) and in the SiteFooter Products column.
  • /pricing in sitemap.ts.
  • Docs page web/content/docs/plans-and-limits.mdx (limits table, what each limit counts, the 429 plan_limit_exceeded body, subscribing/changing plans, beta pricing, existing customers, whoami plan shape), listed in the docs nav under Start, next to Workspaces.
  • Tests: web/lib/test/pricing-page.test.tsx (page copy, limits, CTA hrefs, beta switch, sitemap, docs page) and web/lib/test/pricing-links.test.tsx (nav + footer links).

Verification

Run in a fresh worktree off origin/main with a real npm ci.

Command Result
npm test (web + router) web: 53 files, 643 passed, 1 skipped; router: 111 passed. (Two git-heavy suites, flow-push-guard and flow-workflows, timed out once while a next build ran concurrently; re-run alone: 142 passed.)
npx tsc --noEmit in web and router exit 0 each
npm run verify:recommended-flows, npm run verify:setup-skills exit 0 each
npm run build exit 0; /pricing prerendered as static (○). Note: Next's agent "security upgrade" nudge stops next build with exit 1 when CLAUDECODE is set in the env; the build itself completes. Run with that var unset (as CI does) for a clean exit.
Browser (production next start) Desktop 1280px and mobile 375px screenshots of /pricing, the mobile hamburger menu showing Pricing, and /docs/plans-and-limits all render as expected.

Revert checks:

  • Revert the SiteNav/SiteFooter edits → 2 tests fail (pricing-links).
  • Revert the sitemap.ts entry → 1 test fails (has a canonical URL and appears in the sitemap).
  • Flip BETA_PRICING_ACTIVE to false → 1 test fails (shows beta pricing with the list price struck through).
  • Remove the docs nav entry → 1 test fails (is in the docs nav and loads).

Three tiers (Intro, Pro, Enterprise) in the site's glass aesthetic with
the canonical device/agent/human/session-history limits. Beta pricing
(strikethrough list price, beta price, lock-in note) is driven by one
constant, BETA_PRICING_ACTIVE. Intro/Pro CTAs go through Google sign-in
to /onboarding/plan?plan=<key>; Enterprise links to sales.

A rabbit reads the plans with care,
Three tiers appear upon the page.
Beta prices, limits, too,
A pricing link in nav comes through.
The docs explain each plan in view,
Then hops away with carrots due.

The single-column layout now follows document order (Intro, Pro,
Enterprise) so keyboard focus moves through the cards as displayed.
