…es it replaces The eight .NET repositories have moved into 51degrees-dotnet and are being archived. The copyright list names the monorepo instead, and the README links the device data classes at their new paths.
…sitories The old repositories are read-only Packagist mirrors, so the updater's push there would be refused. The monorepo name carries the language, as the updater requires.

The three Python repositories are archived and device-detection-nginx is now 51degrees-nginx, so the updater clones the repositories that replace them.
