The three Python repositories are archived and device-detection-nginx is now 51degrees-nginx, so the updater clones the repositories that replace them.

* Update copyrights in 51degrees-dotnet in place of the .NET repositories it replaces The eight .NET repositories have moved into 51degrees-dotnet and are being archived. The copyright list names the monorepo instead, and the README links the device data classes at their new paths. * chore: update copyrights in 51degrees-php instead of the old PHP repositories The old repositories are read-only Packagist mirrors, so the updater's push there would be refused. The copyright updater's list still named the three Python repositories, which are archived now that their code is in 51degrees-python, and device-detection-nginx, which is now 51degrees-nginx. An archived repository refuses the push, so the updater would fail on them. This replaces the four names with the two repositories that took their place, and the list stays sorted.
