iOS & .NET developer · CEO of Mikson Core · Zagreb, Croatia
I build and ship mobile products end to end: concept, architecture, UI, data layer, App Store. At Mikson Core I run a portfolio of SwiftUI apps, from fridge inventory and nutrition tracking to a health companion, and I write the kind of C# material I wish I'd had when I was learning.
- From idea to App Store. I take a product through the whole arc: concept, architecture, UI, data model, release, iteration. No handoffs, no gaps.
- Engineering that holds up. Small, dependency-free, well-tested code over clever code. SwiftSearcher is the public example: a full search engine in ~60 lines of core logic.
- Running a product company. At Mikson Core I set the roadmap, define the brand and positioning, handle marketing and SEO, and decide what gets built next and why.
- Systems and process. Automated screenshots and releases, schema migrations, documented conventions, and a workspace structure that lets several apps share one set of rules.
- Teaching by showing. An 11-part C# series where every claim is backed by a benchmark or a runnable example. If I can't demonstrate it, I don't assert it.
- Breadth when it's needed. .NET 8 and microservices, .NET MAUI, React/TypeScript, Linux, Docker and GPU hosts. Comfortable moving between the app, the backend and the box it runs on.
| Project | What it is |
|---|---|
| SwiftSearcher | Drop-in replacement for contains-based filtering: diacritic-insensitive, word-order independent, fuzzy, relevance-ranked. Swift Package Manager, MIT. |
| C# practice series | 11 runnable, heavily commented projects: collections · LINQ · delegates & events · async · generics · types & memory · exceptions · modern C# · strings · files & JSON · microservices |
| vast-host-cleanup | Scripts for Vast.ai GPU hosts: diagnose and fix a daemon permissions bug, or purge the host software and reclaim the machine. |
