Test Automation
I own 17 Robot Framework test suites (48 test cases) running as weekly regression against Lightspan OLTs and Altiplano SDN. The suites protect the full secure software installation path — EST mTLS, SFTP, and PKI configured certificates — on both simplex and redundant NT hardware. Every failure mode is a named test case. Every state transition is verified. Every teardown is deterministic so the next batch starts clean. Over 30 defect fixes across 75 changesets.
Platform Engineering
Built the Network Ops Platform — four modules: Equipment Dashboard, Network Control Plane, KnowMore, and Lightspan Health. 440+ reservation cycles across 30+ OLT chassis. 600+ NETCONF device operations in six months. ~90% reduction in equipment coordination overhead.
Applied AI
KnowMore is an on-premises Agentic AI platform with domain-specific agents powered by hybrid FAISS + BM25 + RRF retrieval. Fully air-gapped with a local LLaMA 3.1 8B fallback when cloud models are unavailable.
Beyond KnowMore, I maintain a formal register of 8 shipped AI initiatives:
- RAG platform: KnowMore — FAISS + BM25 + RRF, local LLaMA 3.1 8B, zero cloud or GPU dependency
- Enterprise LLM agents: team domain assistant and product knowledge assistant, grounded in internal documentation
- Cursor Agent Skills: automated test generation from work items, feature wiki creation, implementation patch generation, defect triage dashboards
- Efficiency Tracker: mines AI session history to produce management-facing monthly productivity reports with evidence-backed metrics
- AI-SDLC workshop: agentic AI connected to project tracking and documentation systems via MCP — generated code entered production code review
