Split from #144. Stacked on #150.

  • findTailwindStylesheet resolves the project layout via shared-utils and prefers the default theme's resources/styles/base/config.css; falls back to the historical locations when no layout resolves.
  • findThemeStylesheets builds a Prettier override per theme in multi-theme projects, so a file is sorted against its own theme's Tailwind config rather than one project-wide stylesheet.
  • Project root candidates now start at the node_modules boundary: the only anchor that survives the VSCode Prettier extension (process.cwd() is / when launched from the Dock, VSCODE_CWD points at whichever project launched the editor).
  • Tests against the shared-utils fixtures.

… stylesheet

The Tailwind config stylesheet is resolved from the project layout instead
of the hardcoded sage path. In multi-theme projects every theme gets a
Prettier override pointing at its own config.css.

The project root is now anchored on this package's location inside
node_modules first: the VSCode extension host reports process.cwd() as /
when launched from the Dock, and VSCODE_CWD points at whichever project
launched the editor.
