Document the 13 elevenlabs.* actions for music generation, sound effects, text-to-speech, voice/model lookup, and voice design, including the nested method/pathParams/params/body input shape, saving audio with --output, dynamic billing, string-typed query params, and the four multipart upload endpoints the CLI cannot call. Route audio tasks to the guide from SKILL.md and add a test that keeps the guide and skill in sync. Add the bundled ElevenLabs guide so agents can discover music, sound effects, speech synthesis, voices/models, and voice design, save audio with
--output, and recognize upload endpoints unsupported by the CLI. Include routing from the main skill and guide regression checks.Based on current
main; preserves the latest Workers and GPT Live guidance. Only the original ElevenLabs feature is carried over from the divergent local branch; the local merge commit and its unrelated Workers test deletion are excluded. No version or release changes.Validation
