Master now builds against
wicket.version11.0.0-SNAPSHOT (project version was already 11.0.0-SNAPSHOT). Wicket 10 continues on thewicket-10.xbranch.Also adds a dependabot block for
wicket-10.xthat ignores semver-major updates.Verified locally: all modules compile against Wicket 11.0.0-SNAPSHOT except
wicketstuff-jasperreports, which could not resolveopenpdf:1.3.43.jaspersoft.2from my local mirror; CI will cover it.
