移除 #401 新增的编辑器安全区包装和事件订阅，恢复此前的横屏分区宽度计算，并移除模式选择浮层的额外安全区扣减。

PR #401 在编辑器页面新增系统安全区 Padding，移动端出现额外空白。本 PR 将相关安全区处理回退到
3c809c0之前，保留其余界面重构、量化及交互改动。EditorSafeArea外层 Border、InsetsManager 字段及 SafeAreaChanged 订阅和处理。验证：
git diff --check、XAML XML 结构、命名唯一性及新增安全区引用清理检查通过；远端比较确认仅涉及上述 3 个文件。当前环境没有 .NET SDK，未编译，Android/iOS 真机效果待复测。按要求仅发起 PR，不合并，也不开启自动合并。
