osv-scanner 2.7.0 changed the offline database subdirectory from osv-scanner/<ecosystem>/all.zip to osv-scalibr/<ecosystem>/all.zip. The Containerfile's verification loop and the feeds update Go code both checked the old path, causing the build to fail with 'osv offline DB missing or empty' despite successful downloads.
