Upsilon-Blocks is a demo real-world asset (RWA) platform that lets verified investors buy fractional shares of a Bangalore-based property (Koramangala Skyrise) using native ETH. It combines a Next.js frontend, Express API, and on-chain ERC-3643 T-REX + ONCHAINID contracts for compliant, KYC-gated token transfers.
