macOS kext that uploads the Realtek RTL8761BU/BUV firmware at boot, so cheap USB Bluetooth 5.0 dongles (e.g. UGREEN 2B89:6275) work on Hackintosh/OpenCore with BlueToolFixup. Headphones (A2DP/HFP) tested on Sequoia.
