What this does
Adds a Podcast section to the homepage for Selection Lab — Human Context in the Age of AI, so visitors can browse and listen to episodes without leaving the website — per Tatiana's request.
The only earlier podcast work on the site was the
/podcastredirect to Apple Podcasts (PR #12). This is the same podcast; Apple Podcasts is one place listeners find it, while the RSS feed (https://anchor.fm/s/1181d71f8/podcast/rss) is what lets the site display and play episodes itself. Both now coexist: Apple/Spotify/RSS links sit under the episode list as chips. How it works
#podcastsection between Method and Team, added to the desktop pill nav, mobile menu, and footer (scrollspy picks it up automatically).<audio>element — starting an episode stops the previous one.index.htmlare a static snapshot of the feed (currently 2 episodes), so the section renders instantly and works with no JS.main.jsthen fetches the live RSS — Anchor sendsAccess-Control-Allow-Origin: *, so the browser can read it directly — and re-renders the list. New episodes appear automatically, no code change or redeploy needed. If the fetch fails, the snapshot stays.podcasticon added in the same stroke style as the existing set./podcastredirect changed: it previously bounced straight to Apple Podcasts. It now lands ontheselectionlab.ai/#podcast(the Apple link is preserved in the section and in the redirect page's fallback text). Easy to revert if you'd rather keep/podcastpointing at Apple.<link rel="alternate">added to the homepage head; README documents how the section works and how to refresh the static snapshot by hand.Verified
Merging deploys via GitHub Pages, per CLAUDE.md. Leaving open for human review.
