Deposit screening was not explained as a workflow in the protocol docs, even though the receive-policy reference describes its underlying primitives. Add a Deposit screening page under Tempo Policies with an animated flow diagram, account configuration, receipt indexing, approval and refund rules, and links to TIP-1028 and the existing reference.
Link the page from the protocol sidebar, policy overview, and receive-policy reference. Keep diagram labels readable on small screens with horizontal scrolling.
Validation:
pnpm build(including typecheck), 12 heading/anchor/metadata tests, Markdown output audit, and local browser checks. The page and home route load without browser errors.
