fix: mongodb async connection call

This pull request makes small improvements to the Docker build process and the database connection code to ensure better compatibility and code clarity.

Docker build improvements:

• Updated the RUN npm prune command in the Dockerfile to use --omit=dev and --legacy-peer-deps for more reliable dependency pruning and compatibility with legacy peer dependencies.

Code quality:

• Changed the database connection statement in src/db/mongoose.js from await to void to avoid unhandled promise warnings and clarify that the promise is intentionally not awaited.
