A test client for dbapi-d1 and sqlalchemy-d1 0.1.0, run against a real Cloudflare D1 database.

sqlalchemy-d1 has unit tests that run offline and integration tests that run against a real D1 database. See Development in its README.
The main script checks the DBAPI driver and the SQLAlchemy dialect. The legacy setup guide explains how to run it with the 0.1.0 packages.
