Description

Refresh the extension docs with new iOS and Android recordings, including missing task showcases and LLM demos for tool calling, structured output, and multimodal input.

• Use larger, aligned iPhone 17 and Pixel 10 frames with proportional buttons and iOS/Android labels.
• Trim idle time while preserving inference speed and readable results.
• Show extracted text in OCR and replace the translation recordings.
• Update implementation links and document recording sources and licenses.
• Reuse multimodal search for text embeddings; omit tokenizer recordings.

Note

Needs software-mansion-labs/react-native-executorch-gallery#5 merged before it can land, so that links resolve correctly.
