Releases the Vite security/tooling update (#119) and CI branch correction (#120) to master.

Verification

• With Node 22.23.4, start the app and open a payment request: confirm its amount and QR code render, then edit a component and confirm hot reload works.
• Confirm CI runs on this PR and on the subsequent push to master.
