Moved from #838 (the CLI part of that PR), unchanged.
- `--name` is not prompted for; a missing name generates `unnamed` - the timestamp uses a lowercase `t` - `sequelize.config.ts` is also discovered - document that JS/TS migration names include the file extension (for `--to`) - add Oracle to the dialect import-path table Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
