Fix journal routes for names containing slashes

Allow journal names containing slashes in the journal route constraint. Add a regression test using Annales de l'Institut Pasteur / Microbiologie to verify the generated URL resolves to the full journal name.

This was surfaced by exceptions in production such as the following:
