• Remove ambiguous and unused fallback parameters : (env.var || const, when env.var is always defined)

Incorrect fix version

The Fix Version/s in issue ZENKO-5280 contains:

• None

Considering where you are trying to merge, I ignored possible hotfix versions and I expected to find:

• 2.16.0

Please check the Fix Version/s of ZENKO-5280, or the target
branch of this pull request.

Imo not a good idea to have these kind of fallbacks hanging around when they are not used at all.
Would be re added if it ever was to become useful again
