Hi, I'm Saad Awais 👋

Shopify Theme Developer & E-Commerce Front-End Specialist

I help e-commerce brands build, update, and maintain custom Shopify themes using Online Store 2.0. I focus on writing clean, app-free native Liquid/JS code that keeps stores fast, reliable, and high-converting.

🛠 What I Do

  • Custom Theme Development: Building themes from Figma/XD designs or customizing Dawn.
  • Native Custom Sections: Ajax cart drawers, sticky add-to-cart, bundle sections, and custom mega menus (saving clients monthly app fees).
  • Bug Fixes & Maintenance: Fixing broken variant selectors, layout glitches, cart issues, and third-party script conflicts.
  • Store Optimization: Cleaning up leftover app code, improving Core Web Vitals, and speeding up load times.

💻 Tech Stack

  • Shopify: Liquid, JSON Templates, Metafields, Metaobjects, Ajax Cart API
  • Front-End: Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Tailwind CSS
  • Tools: Shopify CLI, GitHub, Theme Inspector, Figma
