…g & Sun 2021 Adds agents-review-assessment.yml (workflow_dispatch; claude-code-action@v1 on CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN; synthesis + three attack lenses + finalization, opening a PR), the pipeline instructions agents/prompts/review-assessment.md, and the input bundle agents/runs/2026-11-03-review-cui-2021/ prepared in the maintainer's local session (eight gather agents on Claude Opus 5.5). …line run the CI checks before committing ledger_sweep.py flagged "gate-charge memory of Part I" in gather_results.json (an agent's note on the hBN tunnelling floor for gate-charge retention, not the retired avg16 reading); added as a CLEAN_LINE disposition.
