This forward-ports the zlib part of ruby/ruby#19010, which removed leftover code for platforms Ruby no longer supports. extconf.rb no longer matches bccwin and drops the amigaos branch. Zlib::OS_AMIGA stays because it is a gzip header value, and --with-os-code=amiga still works.

Both commits keep their original author and date, and ext/zlib/extconf.rb now matches ruby/ruby byte for byte. On mswin, rake compile test passes and extconf still detects Win32, so Zlib::OS_CODE is Zlib::OS_WIN32.
