Add public immutable
HTTPCORSoptions and preserve them through tunnel creation, protobuf conversion and Engine inventory JSON. Append optional dataclass fields to preserve existing positional arguments, reject private/non-HTTP use, and regenerate protocol 1.4.6 bindings.Validation: 186 tests passed (6 opt-in remote integration tests skipped), mypy, Ruff and package build. Added policy presence/round-trip, inventory and invalid-protocol tests. No release version change.
Related: Engine #192 and Go #155. Engine must be deployed before clients using protocol 1.4.6. This is a source update for the next normal release; no dedicated SDK release or public changelog update is requested.
