Upgrade development dependencies to current stable releases and resolve the three Vite launch-editor Dependabot alerts (#13, #14, #15).

• Upgrade Vite to 8.3.5, Vitest and coverage-v8 to 5.0.5, happy-dom to 21.0.4, esbuild to 0.28.2, Chrome types to 0.3.6, oxfmt to 0.74.0, and oxlint to 1.89.0.
• Declare Vite explicitly as a development dependency so the test toolchain uses the selected version.
• Remove the tinypool override: oxfmt now directly depends on the patched tinypool 2.2.0.

Validation on Node 24.22.1: frozen-lockfile installation, 306 tests across 37 files with coverage thresholds passing, typecheck, build, package.json formatting, and git diff checks. pnpm audit reports zero vulnerabilities.

Vite emits an advisory warning about a future native config-loader default; the existing configuration loads successfully today.
