Add a Trending shortcut below Feed in the GitHub home sidebar, linking directly to
/trending. It uses GitHub's native graph Octicon and sidebar navigation styles.The new Trending Link toggle lives in the Home settings group, defaults to enabled, and applies changes immediately. Settings text is available in English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
