Resolve the vulnerable development dependencies behind Dependabot alerts #8–#12. Upgrade Vitest, its matching coverage plugin, and mocker to 4.1.11; update source-map-js to 1.2.2 in the lockfile; and override only oxfmt's pinned tinypool dependency to the patched 2.1.2 release.
The local audit also identified GHSA-2v37-7h3g-55p8, so update the existing transitive nanoid 3.x resolution to 3.3.18. Changes are limited to package.json and pnpm-lock.yaml.
Validation:
Dependabot alert closure remains pending merge into main and GitHub's rescan.
