The ubuntu-latest runner now ships Maven 3.10.0, which names the staging metadata maven-metadata-local.xml. Plugin 0.11.0 only removes maven-metadata-central-staging.xml before bundling, so the file ends up in the bundle and Central rejects the 3.54.1.0 deployment with "Bundle has content that does NOT have a .pom file". 0.12.0 removes it.

Plugin 0.11.0 (and 0.10.0) only remove the oldmaven-metadata-central-staging.xmlname, so the stray file ends up in the bundle. 0.12.0 removes it.Checked locally by building the 3.54.1.0 bundle with the upload aimed at a dead local URL (nothing sent to Central):
