Strategic Lead – Application Engineering with 7+ years of experience architecting scalable digital ecosystems, high-performance web platforms, and intelligent automation systems. I bridge the gap between engineering and business growth — building everything from backend infrastructure and CRM-integrated web chatbots to AI agent workflows, application security remediation, and real-time lead intelligence pipelines.

It started on a repair bench, fixing laptops. I never specialised in one layer — I learned how they all connect, so when something breaks, I can follow it all the way down:

I don't just build websites. I build complete digital systems — from server and DNS to chatbot, CRM, SEO, security, and automation — from scratch.

Built with React 19 · TypeScript · Vite · Tailwind CSS 4 · GSAP + ScrollTrigger · Lenis · Three.js / React Three Fiber, self-hosted fonts, zero third-party requests at runtime, and deployed to GitHub Pages through GitHub Actions.

Digital Ecosystem Engineering

• Built CIEL HR's entire website from scratch — PHP backend, custom web chatbot, Zoho CRM integration, Cloudflare WAF, AWS hosting, and 370+ SEO landing pages
• Delivered the same end-to-end build for CIEL Rapid, CIEL Skills & Careers, and hfactor.digital — each including web chatbot and full CRM pipeline
• Unified 9 company domains onto a single Cloudflare edge with shared security, caching and DNS standards
• Recovered Ma Foi Business Consulting's platform after inheriting it — full audit, backup, vendor-license recovery, and a critical high-CPU hosting incident resolved
• Currently architecting the Courseplay.ai platform with n8n automation and real-time lead intelligence

Application Security & VAPT

• Led 7 VAPT engagements in-house, with standards-based reports and prioritised remediation
• Remediated a third-party VAPT report on a client-facing payroll application (PSP Agent X) — taken from a failing grade to fully passing, including privilege escalation and session fixation fixes
• Found and closed credential bugs during a VAPT review that could have let organisation email accounts be hijacked and remotely wiped
• Triaged CVE-2026-24049 (CVSS 7.1) in a shared Python dependency and issued an internal engineering advisory
• Fixed a live session/auth vulnerability found during a Smart CLM application review

Incident Response

• Neutralised a 10,261-attempt brute-force campaign with two-level login protection
• Blocked 376 takeover and DDoS attempts at the edge before they reached the origin
• Contained a malware compromise on a group business website in ~3 hours, followed by a full root-cause report
• Took down a fraudulent corporate clone site that was harvesting candidate details

AI, Automation & Lead Intelligence

• Designed complex n8n workflows integrating Zoho SalesIQ → CRM → Google Workspace → Slack/Hangouts for real-time lead routing
• Built AI agent workflows and web chatbots (web + WhatsApp) for lead capture, intent tracking, and automated sales handoff
• Built AIRadar, a privacy-first Manifest V3 extension for local AI token and budget tracking
• Kept weekly and monthly Exotel IVR reports running on autopilot for HR, Compliance and Helpdesk for 12 months (Jul 2025 – Jul 2026)
• Engineered IVR systems using Exotel for automated call routing and lead qualification
• Open-sourced an Exotel IVR reporting automation tool, a Zoho SalesIQ Website & WhatsApp chatbot reporting automation tool, and a lightweight Micro CRM for the wider community to use free of charge

Technical SEO at Scale

• Achieved 10,000+ crawl requests within 24 hours after deploying AEO + GEO + Schema strategy
• Engineered 390+ high-performing SEO landing pages with keyword-to-page pipeline targeting India-wide organic traffic
• Migrated 465+ blog posts and removed 3,000+ spam comments from production
• Full technical stack: Core Web Vitals, WebP conversion, LiteSpeed + Cloudflare caching, GA4 + GTM server-side tracking

Security & Infrastructure

• Managed VAPT remediation, Cloudflare WAF, bot protection, DDoS rules, and SSL/DNS for enterprise-grade platforms — blocking 30,000+ attack attempts every month
• Migrated production databases (NeonDB → PostgreSQL) with zero data loss; set up Docker + n8n on AWS for internal automation
• Reclaimed 8 GB of storage with a weekly automated clean-up job on the OKR application
• Built and maintained TrueNAS-based storage server supporting 100+ daily active users at Jumbotail
• Administered AWS EC2/S3, cPanel/WHM, and Ubuntu server environments across multiple organizations
