Give the README its iOS and tvOS half beside the Android one - #528

The front page described an Android-only library while the Swift package has twelve products, its own check and an adopter's guide. It now says what each platform composes on and where each lives, lists the products, shows the same request in Swift, and says how ios/check builds and tests it, linking docs/ios.md for the rest. The ADR count is corrected to twenty-one. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01MJAhQmFgdRRAKUaMHibQLe

The README described only the Android library, and still said 18 decision records. This adds the iOS and tvOS half beside the Android content, which stays as it was.

Every iOS claim was taken from
docs/ios.md. Every relative link was checked to resolve. No build check reads the root README, so no Gradle orios/checkrun was needed for this change.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
