fix(report): 500+ attendees, all topics, Trust logo, repo cleanup - #9

- Attendee count set to 500+ (web + PDFs).
- PDF programme page lists all 11 topics in a two-column layout (Social Impact, incl. the mental health talk, was hidden).
- Trust Consulting logo trimmed so it fills its tile.
- Removes files the website does not use: PDF generator and PDF-only assets, ticket-sponsor Apps Script, pnpm files, orphaned images and photos of speakers no longer listed.
Social Impact (incl. the burnout and mental health talk) and the other smaller topics were cut off by the top-6 limit.
The logo file was mostly white margin, so it rendered tiny in every tile. PDFs regenerated with the new logo and a two-column programme layout.
Moves the report PDF generator, its PDF-only photos and copy, and the ticket-sponsor Apps Script out of the repo. Drops the unused pnpm files, orphaned images and photos of speakers no longer listed.
