Correct confirmed transcription errors in 54 existing paper notes and the stable-definition citation in CITATIONS.md, using original paper page images. Repairs cover equations, quantifiers, prerequisites, theorem scope, algorithms, worked examples, and selected reported results; the notes retain page-image provenance and identify source-internal inconsistencies explicitly.
The committed task record documents targeted coverage and unverified areas. Three subagents compared separate paper groups, the primary agent checked original pages, and an independent verifier checked selected larger rewrites. This does not claim an exhaustive reread of every paper or proof.
Validation: hosted package CI requested on this PR; no local CI steps rerun, per repository instructions. Documentation only; no production code or test changes.
