Add Plesk Prometheus Exporter to exporters list

Summary

Add the Plesk Prometheus Exporter to the Prometheus exporter list.

The exporter exposes Plesk-specific inventory metrics through a
standard Prometheus /metrics endpoint.

Metrics

• plesk_up
• plesk_domains_total
• plesk_clients_total
• plesk_subscriptions_total
• plesk_scrape_duration_seconds

Testing

The exporter repository includes automated unit tests covering:

• configuration parsing
• API response handling
• successful collection
• API failure handling

The tests use mocked Plesk API responses.

Live integration testing against a Plesk server has not been
performed in the current development environment.
